Veggie Pasta
Ingredients:
Directions:
1) Fill a large pot 3/4 of the way to the top with water
2) Wait for the water to boil
3) Add in 2-3 handfuls of pasta in the pot of water
4)let pasta cook for about 10 min
Vinaigrette:
Ingredients:

Vinaigrette:
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons finely minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup of hot water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- In a food processor combine garlic and mustard until well mixed
- Whisk in balsamic vinegar, hot water and sugar
- Slowly add in olive oil mixing until emulsified
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate
